
Frequently Asked Questions About AEMRC Preparedness Training (formerly CREST)How do I register for AEMRC Preparedness Training ? Registration occurs when you register for your first class. When you register for subsequent classes, you will use the same ID and password that was assigned to you when you registered for your first class. How can I find the My Account page? You must be logged-in to view your My Account page. Once you are logged-in you will see the My Account link on the blue bar on the left side of the screen. What is the My Account page? Your My Account page contains the personal information that you provided to us when you registered. You can update your address and other personal information as needed on this page. Your My Account page is also where you can go to change your password. Once you are logged-in, the link to My Account will be on the blue bar at the left of the screen. How do I change my password? You can change your password on your My Account page. You must be logged-in to change your password and to view your My Account page. Click the link for the course you want on the Courses and Upcoming Events page. If you are not logged-in you will be prompted to do. If this is your first class, you will create a new user ID before proceeding to register for the course. What is the "My Crest Courses" page? "My Crest Courses" lists the courses for which you have registered and provides links to online courses that are in-progress. "My Crest Courses" also is where you can find pending tests, questionnaires and evaluation forms. Additionally, "My Crest Courses" contains a virtual transcript of courses you have completed with links to any certificates you have been awarded. You must be logged-in to view your "My Crest Courses" page. Once you are logged-in, the link to "My CREST Courses" will be on the blue bar at the left of the screen. Many of our courses are available for CME credits, and CME credit information is listed in the description for each course. We do not charge for our online courses however we do pass on a small administrative fee if you require credits for the course. This fee is $10.00 per course and you may request credits by contacting our office at 520-626-2305. Pre-Tests, Post-Tests, Evaluations and CME Credit Forms can be found on your "My Crest Courses" page. If a Pre-Test is needed, you will receive notification when your registration reminder email is sent; Pre-Tests must be taken prior to the start of a course. Certificates are awarded upon completion of a course and any related Pre-Tests, Post-Tests, Evaluations and CME Credit Forms. Certificates can be viewed and printed from your "My Crest Courses" page. | |
